Councillors' Surgery
THE NEXT COUNCILLORS' SURGERY WILL BE HELD ON SATURDAY 17th SEPTEMBER 2011, BETWEEN 10.00am and 11.00am IN THE SEACOURT HALL, CHAPEL WAY, BOTLEY, OXFORD.
Parish Councillors will be holding further surgeries on 21/01/2012, 21/04/2012 and 21/07/2012, in the Seacourt Hall, Botley from 10.00 - 11.00am.
Three councillors will be present at each surgery to talk informally to residents about the work of North Hinksey Parish Council. Issues raised will be reported at the next council meeting.
If you are unable to attend a surgery but still have an issue that you want to raise, most Councillors can be contacted by e-mail, or by phone.
