Annual Parish Meeting The next meeting will be held on Thursday 15th March 2012, in the Seacourt Hall, Chapel Way, Botley, starting at 7.30pm. Councillors will be available from 7.00pm to discuss any issues with residents.

If you would like to raise a question or ask for an agenda item to be discussed at the meeting please forward a written copy of the questions/agenda item to the Parish Clerk by 12 noon on Monday 12th March 2012.

     An Opportunity to Question County, District and Parish Councillors.

     Available at the Meeting - written reports from NHPC Chairman and Chairs of the
      Allotments Sub-Committee (including North Hinksey Nature Reserve and the
     Community Orchard), the Planning Committee, the Recreation and Amenities Sub-  
     Committee, the Remembrance Day Sub-Committee and the Chairmen of the Louie
     Memorial Pavilion Committee and the Seacourt Hall Management Committee.

     Parish Council Audited Final Accounts for 2010/2011.

  TEA AND COFFEE WITH BE AVAILABLE FROM 7.00 PM, WHEN PARISH  
  COUNCILLORS WILL BE AVAILABLE TO DISCUSS ANY ISSUES WITH RESIDENTS
